In the video, Alison talks about the simlarity between cider and wine, she compares cider from the east of England to white wine and from the west to red wines. We also talk about the traditional types of apples that are used to make these 2 contrasting styles: East of England; eating and cooking apples like Turners ciders and our much-loved Gospel Green sparkling cyder. West of England; tannic cider apples like Oliver’s fine cider and Ross On Wye Cider.
